  • We always try to show clear pictures and accurate descriptions so you can choose the right product.

  • If you still don’t like the product after receiving it (e.g., color or look), refund is not possible.

  • However, if the product is unused and in perfect condition, we may offer an exchange (if available).

  • In this case, delivery charges will be paid by the customer.

We will accept refund or exchange if:

In these cases:

  • We will cover the delivery charges

  • You must return the product in original condition with packaging

💸 Who Pays the Delivery Charges?

  • If it’s our mistake, we pay delivery charges.

  • If it’s not our mistake (e.g., personal choice), customer pays delivery charges.

  • Product must be:

    • In original packaging

    • With tags and accessories

  • Refund will be processed after we receive and inspect the product.
